Your experience will be restorative and meditative in a private room with blue tooth speakers, in room rain shower with Sansceuticals hair & body care products.
We encourage you to bring your own towel, however towels will be available for hire at $3 each. Bath robe, floor mat and towel to sit on will be provided.
Complimentary filtered water in sauna and take a moment to reflect on your self care experience with health treats and organic detox tea after, in our Tea Lounge or Quiet Zone.
BEING reset
Reset your Mind & Body after 45 minutes detox in Sauna, followed by 60 minutes of Sensory Deprivation in our state of the art Float Therapy Room.
Your experience includes self focused care, chromatherapy lighting, zero gravity float, hypnotherapy sound tracks and Sansceuticals hair & body care products.

Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish massage are some of the techniques utilised throughout your treatment. Our diploma qualified Massage Therapist will tailor the session to suit you.
