Engage in this ancient ritual to cultivate connection, gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. A grounding experience to open the heart and mind. - Body Tapping & Mobility
Enhance your body’s balance and flexibility, complementing other physical activities for improved mobility and energy flow. - Well + Being Body Therapies:
- Red Light Therapy: Boost recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote overall wellness.
- Salt Float Therapy: Deep relaxation in a sensory deprivation pool to calm the mind and restore the body.
- Infrared Sauna: Detoxify, relax, and rejuvenate with the soothing heat of infrared light.
