Well + Being offers a bespoke luxurious yet relaxed space to host intimate events and celebrations, from hens parties, birthdays, baby showers and more. With capacity to host 48 guests in our movement studio with a tropical courtyard.

Your Party

Whether it's a birthday treat, relaxing spa day, or pre-wedding pampering, together with our onsite sister clinic, GROOM, we offer a range of bespoke treatments designed for you to relax and indulge, with some of your closest friends and family.

From results-driven skin workouts, beauty treatments, yoga, reformer pilates sessions, massages, to Salt Float, Ice Bath and infrared sauna, there is something for everyone.

BOOKING INFORMATION

To secure your booking we will request that you provide credit card details and a 50% deposit. Full payment is required in advance and any cancellations made within 2 weeks of your booking will forfeit the deposit, any cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the deposit and incur a 50% cancellation fee.

What we should eat, how to get fit, how to sleep better and be mindful ….. so confusing and overwhelming? In this workshop we will explore the science-based research and habit science to help you achieve your health goals.

Brilliant Health Habits Part II 

Following on from the first workshop, we look at our Habit Hijackers and Heroes using bite-sized actionable steps to hack your way into better and healthier habits.

How to optimize your Happiness Hormones 

Find out how to get of daily D.O.S.E (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins) of happiness. These neurotransmitters carry messages and control everything from the way your body functions to how you feel.

Stress (good and bad) Management

Find out the differences between good, bad and chronic stress and how they all impact our health and learntop-down or bottom-up approach to manage stress. You will walk away with powerful tools to acutely reduce stress.

Corporate Retreats
