With 24 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 16 years as a Nutritionist and Naturopath, I’ve had the privilege of working in both conventional and holistic healthcare. My family and I recently moved to New Zealand from Australia for a more balanced lifestyle. We are grateful to be living in this beautiful country, surrounded by fresh air, clean water, and a temperate climate—perfect for our new chapter!
I believe in the importance of both traditional and modern medicine. As a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked in acute care settings like post-anaesthetics (currently) and intensive care, where I’ve witnessed the life-saving power of Western medicine.
