I have always had a passion for health and fitness, which stemmed from an active upbringing. I love the outdoors and competed in multiple adventure racing competitions as well as playing netball, volleyball and freeride skiing at a competitive level throughout high school. Through this, I found the importance of strength development training and how much of a critical foundation it can be to help the body perform to its full potential.
I have a strong passion for exercise and a holistic approach to wellbeing so after being introduced to reformer Pilates, I instantly fell in love with this new training style and very quickly became hooked! I soon found the amazing benefits that came with this style of training, and the way it can challenge strength, flexibility, stability and co-ordination in a controlled way while also relieving the mind.
