Kristi Waldron


Hi there! I'm Kristi Waldron, born and raised in Dunedin, and a self-described free spirit with a deep love for movement, wellness, and the outdoors. In 2018, during my maternity leave with my first child, I completed my 200TTC with Trimurti Yoga NZ, and I'm currently working towards Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Seniors Teacher Training certificates. I aim to help my clients find an escape from the chaos and explore different poses. I hope to leave everyone feeling light and rejuvenated. When not at Well + Being or Bend, I enjoy exploring the beautiful New Zealand coastline with my husband and two young children. I live by the quote "life is a balance of holding on and letting go" and I aim to inspire and motivate people to form a positive relationship with their health and wellbeing.
